We accept all the common payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, Paypal, Google Play, Apple Pay, and Klarna as well as other payment methods like eps, ideal, Bancontact, and Shop pay.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all our products worldwide. You will find more information about corresponding shipping costs here.

All our packages are shipped with express delivery. The delivery time depends on the shipping service provider and other not controllable conditions. But we guarantee you that all our sunglasses leave our store within the same working day.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the custom duties that are now incurred when shipping to the UK due to Brexit. This also applies to other non EU countries. But we deduct the German VAT (19%) on all non EU orders so that you only pay the net sales price.

PRODUCT & RETURN

We always want to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re more than happy to help.

Returns from Germany are free of charge. You can also register returns from other European countries in our Return portal.

Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from other countries than Germany are to be borne by you.

Unfortunately we cannot offer any returns from countries outside of Europe.
