You’ve ordered from us, but you’re not 100% satisfied with the product or you’ve received a damaged item? No problem!

We make returns easy

In the effort to make returns an eco-friendlier process, we have discontinued the use of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return online using your order number and email.

Our return policy

In Europe you can return unwanted items within 14 days.

Returns from Germany are free of charge (*Exception: If you are returning 3 or more pair of sunglasses you will be charged 6€). You will receive a return label after you visited the Returns portal.

You can also register returns from other European countries in our returns portal.  Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from other countries then Germany are to be borne by you. Unfortunately we cannot offer any returns from countries outside of Europe.

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. After reviewing the return, we will issue a refund based on the payment method you selected. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days. See our cancellation policy for more information.

Items that cannot be returned

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging.
